Man accused of battery at tattoo party

SMYRNA — Tracie Lafone Glover of Smyrna was arrested by the Smyrna Police Department on a misdemeanor charge of simple battery against a person 65 years or older.

On Sept. 22, “(Glover) was having a tattoo party and became very intoxicated” in his home on Walton Lane southwest of South Cobb Drive, the warrant stated.

Glover then entered the bedroom of (a man) and, “without reason,” attacked him while lying in bed by scratching with his long fingernails, the warrant stated.

The warrant also said the victim “did have several visible scratch marks about his body, one was to the right side of his head, one was on his right calf on his right leg and some was on his inner thigh on his right leg.”
