James, Mr. J.D. “Mickey” James, age 77, of Powder Springs passed away January 25, 2013. Mickey was a member and deacon of First Baptist Church of Powder Springs and retired in 1999 from Lockheed after 44 years. Survived by his wife, Gloria Sanders James; daughters and son-in-law, Connie Prince, Lisa & Frank Goss, Faith James; 9 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren; brother and sister-inlaw, Barney & Pat James; sister and brother-in-law, Deloris & Karel Feyaerts; Nieces & Nephews. Funeral Services will be held Monday, 11:00 AM, First Baptist Church of Powder Springs. Rev. Mike Woods, Rev. Alan Davis and Dr. D. Ray Davis officiating. Interment will follow at Cheatham Hill Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday 2-5 pm at Davis-Struempf Funeral Home & Crematory, Austell.
