Cobb Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a man connected to an armed robbery at a Smyrna Kroger around 9:30 p.m. Monday. According to a release, the suspect went into the Kroger at 4715 Atlanta Road in Smyrna, pulled a gun and demanded money from the manager.
“The perpetrator fled the area in an unknown direction after receiving an undisclosed amount of U.S. currency from the business,” the release states.
The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 40 years old, “medium complexion” and bald. He was last seen wearing baggy, dark-colored jeans and a tan hooded jacket. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call (770) 499-3945.
