Kennesaw man charged with distributing child pornography

A Kennesaw man is charged with distributing child pornography and exploitation of children.

Steven Koach of 1615 Carrie Farm Court, Kennesaw, is accused of distributing a video via the Internet of a girl approximately 3 years old engaged in a sexual act with an adult man, according to the arrest warrant. This allegedly occurred on Feb. 18.

He also stands accused of distributing a second video on April 3 that showed a man engaged in a sexual act with a 6-year-old girl, the warrant states. He was arrested May 7 and jailed on a $25,000 bond.

Predator accused of disabling monitor

A registered sex offender from Austell is accused of disabling his electronic ankle monitor.

Kenneth Lambert Keith of 2162 Willow Lane, Austell, is a registered sex offender, classified as a “dangerous predator” by the state of Georgia, according to the arrest warrant. He is required to wear a monitoring device on his ankle at all times.

His ankle monitor has been replaced “numerous times” in the past, the warrant states.

Upon inspection of the device charger on May 9, an investigator discovered that the charger had been taken apart and had what appeared to be black electrical tape wrapped around the wires. Keith then reportedly admitted that he took the charger apart and disabled the wires with tape.

He was out on bond awaiting trial “for the same prior conduct,” the warrant states.

Taser gun found on student at school

An Osborne High School student was charged with disrupting a school and carrying an electronic stun gun on school property after an altercation with a teacher. The student was told by the teacher to go to class and get out of the hallway, after which he “got very mad and started threatening” the teacher, according to the warrant, causing the teacher to fear for his safety.

“The teacher had to leave the class during class hours to try to get the accused and two juveniles to leave the hallway on May 9,” according to the warrant.

During a pat down for weapons, the student was found to have had a Taser stun gun in his left front pocket, the warrant states.

Mother charged with child deprivation and drug possession

A Marietta woman was charged with contributing to the deprivation of a child and possession of marijuana and methamphetamines.

Barbara Stone of 227 Eastgate Circle, Marietta, is accused of depriving her 3-year-old child, who was found walking alone along Ellen Drive near Windy Hill Road wearing only a diaper. Stone is also accused of possessing a small amount of marijuana and two bags of methamphetamines on May 8.

A Lamplighter Mobile Home Park employee found the child and contacted the Cobb County Police Department.

During an investigation for child deprivation, police discovered three bags of marijuana on Stone’s bedroom dresser, according to the arrest warrant. Police also found two bags of methamphetamines in her front pocket, according to the warrant.

She was arrested on May 8 and jailed on a $5,000 bond.

Police: Man hit and pinched a 4-year-old

A Kennesaw man was accused of repeatedly hitting and pinching a 4-year-old child.

Alben Llagan of 3982 Paloverde Drive is charged with cruelty to a child and causing visible harm to a child.

He allegedly pinched the child and used a belt to hit the child. The abuse resulted in several bruises on the child’s legs, arms, buttocks, and feet, according to the arrest warrant.

He was arrested and jailed on a $15,000 bond.

The last post about Eric Shively threatening 2 kids was wrong. Their was also a 3rd child that was 10 yrs old! How in the hell is he allowed to be out of jail?!?! How do we know their isnt another gun in this house?
