It is very obvious that you dubbed the noise in. The machine that you have in the audio has not been running for over a week. You can clearly hear where the yard is silent and then the noise starts. It is clear that the noise is in fact dubbed because it is the same audio played over and over.

I THINK THE THE RESIDENTS THAT LIVE BEHIND THE RECYCLING CENTER IS OVER REACTING THEY DONT MIND IF THERE IS A TRANSFER STATION THAT BELONGS TO ALLIED WASTE WHAT ABOUT THE SMELL I AS THING THAT IF THEY PUT A NOISE BARRIER WALL IT WILL HELP

I live in that neighborhood and that is what i hear day and day out from that junkyard. that sound is clearly not dubbed. That is what i have to live with and it is time for that to go away so i can enjoy sitting in my back yard with friends and family.
